555E Model 555E is an economical, robust and simple to operate machine combining both epoxy time pressure dispensing and vacuum pick up of die in one tool assembly.  Operator selects one or the other tools for dispense and placement of die. PICK DISPENSE PLACE Standard Work Holder Supports up to 2" x 2" substrates with die presentation for 2 x 2 Fluroware/Gelpak and or bulk die on rotatable mirrors.  Custom application work holders available upon request.
